Our modelling facility manufactures patterns for sand casting of any size and complexity, using either automatic or manual processes. We can work in cast iron, alluminum, fiberglass, and wood based materials. Some of our figures:
Measurements inspections are performed either traditionally over dedicated benches or with robotic arm-mounted laser measurement devices. Our metrological department contains a new measuring machines Zeiss / DEA work range 2000 x 1300 x 1000. We can deliver finished product loads up to 5 tonnes with our own fleet. The production equipment is managed via the company’s central computer network. The machines are programmed using numeric control software.
